AI-2-Human respects your privacy and aims to collect only the information needed to provide, secure, improve, and operate the Service.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it, who may process it on our behalf, and the rights available to you.

- subscription and billing features;
- support and feedback features;
- other features provided through AI-2-Human.
It does not govern third-party websites or services that we do not control, even when we link to them.
2. Information We Collect
We collect different information depending on how you use AI-2-Human.
2.1 Account Information

2.2 Text Submitted to AI-2-Human
When you use AI Humanizer or AI Detector, the text you submit must be processed in order to provide the requested result.
AI Humanizer:
For signed-in users, Humanizer input and generated output may be stored in your account history so that you can access previous results.
You can delete individual history items or clear your Humanizer history using the controls provided by the Service.
For anonymous users, we do not create an account-linked Humanizer history.
AI Detector:
AI Detector does not create a saved detection history.
Text may still be transmitted temporarily to the systems and service providers necessary to perform the requested analysis.
We do not use the text you submit to train our own AI models.
We do not sell your submitted text.

- detect automated activity;
- troubleshoot failures;
- measure product usage;
- improve reliability and performance.
Where possible, product analytics use metadata rather than the content of text submitted to AI Humanizer or AI Detector.

We may receive and store information such as:
- Stripe customer identifier;
- subscription identifier;
- plan;

We may measure:

- technical performance.
We configure analytics so that Humanizer and Detector text content is not sent as analytics event data.
Legal basis: consent where legally required, or our legitimate interests where the processing lawfully qualifies for that basis.
Customer Support
We process support and feedback information to respond to you and resolve issues.
Legal basis: performance of our contract and/or our legitimate interest in providing customer support.
Legal and Financial Obligations
We may retain or disclose information when necessary to:
- comply with accounting or tax obligations;
- respond to valid legal requests;
- establish or defend legal claims;
- comply with applicable law.
Legal basis: compliance with legal obligations and, where applicable, legitimate interests.
8. Error and Performance Monitoring
We use Sentry to monitor technical errors and application performance.
Sentry may receive limited technical information about an error, such as:
- affected feature;
- application route;
- browser or environment information;
- account identifier where appropriate;
- technical stack trace;
- performance information.
Our Sentry integration is configured to avoid intentionally sending:
- Humanizer input;
- Humanizer output;
- Detector text;
- raw prompts;
- passwords;
- authentication tokens;
- payment-card information.
Technical monitoring helps us identify and repair unexpected failures.
9. Security and Abuse Prevention Services
We may use security and infrastructure providers for purposes such as:
- bot detection;
- rate limiting;
- fraud prevention;
- application security;
- infrastructure protection.
These systems may temporarily process information such as your IP address, request metadata, or security signals.
One of those services is Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects the forms on the Service against automated submissions. Turnstile runs without a visible challenge, so you will not normally notice it.
To tell a visitor from a bot, Turnstile processes limited technical signals: your IP address, a TLS fingerprint, the User-Agent header of your browser, and the site key and origin of the page it runs on. Those signals serve to detect and block automated activity rather than to identify you, and Cloudflare processes them on our instructions when it protects this website.
Cloudflare describes its own processing of those signals in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum, which forms part of its privacy documentation.
They are not used to analyze the content you submit for advertising purposes.
10. Processing Providers
AI-2-Human relies on third-party service providers to perform parts of the text processing features.
This means content submitted for processing may be transmitted to a service provider that operates the infrastructure needed to perform the requested operation.
We provide those providers only with the information necessary to perform the requested operation.
We do not authorize those providers to use content you submit for purposes unrelated to providing the Service, except where a provider applies its own terms to the processing it performs.
Do not submit information to AI-2-Human that you are not legally permitted to send to a third-party service provider.
11. Service Providers
We rely on third-party providers to operate AI-2-Human.
These providers may process personal information only to the extent necessary for their role in providing the Service, subject to their contractual and legal obligations.
We may replace or add providers as the Service evolves. Material changes to how your personal information is handled will be reflected in this policy.
12. International Data Transfers
Our primary application and database infrastructure is hosted in the European Union.
Some service providers may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area.
Where the GDPR requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism, which may include:
- an adequacy decision;
- Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission;
- another legally recognized transfer safeguard.
You may contact support@ai-2-human.com for information about safeguards applicable to a particular transfer.
13. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Account Information
Account information is generally retained while your account remains active.
When your account is deleted, associated personal information is deleted or anonymized unless we must retain certain records for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Humanizer History
Saved Humanizer history remains available until you delete it, clear your history, or delete your account, subject to limited backup or legal retention requirements where applicable.
Detector Content
AI-2-Human does not maintain an account-level Detector history.
Temporary processing by service providers may be subject to their applicable technical retention periods.
Anonymous Requests
Anonymous Humanizer and Detector usage does not create an account-linked history.
Limited technical information may still be processed temporarily for security, rate limiting, and service delivery.
Security and Rate-Limit Data
Security and abuse-prevention counters linked to an IP address are kept for 24 hours and then discarded. Security and abuse-prevention information is otherwise retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to enforce those protections.
Billing Records
Billing and subscription information may be retained for the period required by applicable accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal requirements.
Support and Feedback
Support and feedback information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, address recurring issues, or maintain an appropriate record of the interaction.
14. Data Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information.
These measures may include:
- encrypted connections;
- restricted production access;
- authentication controls;
- database access controls;
- row-level access restrictions;
- rate limiting;
- bot protection;
- monitoring and error detection.
No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.
If a personal-data breach occurs, we will take the actions required by applicable law, including notifying affected individuals or regulators where required.
15. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal information.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
Where GDPR or equivalent legislation applies, these may include:
- right of access;
- right to rectification;
- right to erasure;
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to data portability;
- right to object to certain processing;
- right to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
- right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully performed before the withdrawal.
United States
Residents of certain US states may have rights such as:
- requesting access to personal information;
- requesting correction;
- requesting deletion;
- obtaining information about categories of data processed;
- opting out of certain processing where applicable.
AI-2-Human does not sell personal information.
16. Exercising Your Rights
To exercise a privacy right, contact support@ai-2-human.com.
Please describe your request clearly.
We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
You will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
17. Automated Decisions
AI-2-Human's text analysis and AI detection features may generate automated scores, classifications, or estimates.
These results are informational outputs.
AI-2-Human does not use those results to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
AI detection is probabilistic and should not be treated as proof of authorship.
18. Marketing Communications
Account creation does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
We may send emails necessary to:
- authenticate your account;
- communicate security issues;
- administer your subscription;
- provide important Service notices.
If we offer newsletters, product updates, or promotional communications, they are optional.
Where required, we will send those communications only after you have opted in.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting your ability to receive essential account or transactional messages.
19. Children
AI-2-Human is intended for users aged 18 and older.
We do not knowingly provide the Service to children under 18.
If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of this policy, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@ai-2-human.com.
20. Disclosure Required by Law or Business Changes
We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to:
- comply with a valid legal obligation or lawful government request;
- protect the security, rights, or safety of AI-2-Human, our users, or others;
- investigate fraud or misuse;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
If AI-2-Human is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
21. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Service may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of services that we do not control.
22. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our Service, providers, business, or legal obligations change.
The date displayed at the top indicates when this policy was last updated.
If a change materially affects how we process personal information, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
