Terms of Use

Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and AI-2-Human ("we", "us", "our") and apply every time you use the AI-2-Human website and its text rewriting and text analysis features (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

By using AI-2-Human, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide to us is accurate.

2. About the Service

AI-2-Human provides tools for rewriting, editing, humanizing, and analyzing text.

The Service may include, among other features:

• AI-assisted text rewriting;
• AI detection analysis;
• saved history for eligible signed-in users;
• free and paid usage plans;
• account and subscription management.

AI-generated rewrites and detection results are provided as tools to assist you. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, suitable for a particular purpose, or accepted by any third-party AI detector, school, employer, platform, institution, or reviewer.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before using it.

3. Accounts

Certain features may require an account.

You are responsible for:

• keeping access to your account secure;
• providing accurate account information;
• ensuring that activity performed through your account complies with these Terms;
• notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of bypassing free usage limits, quotas, rate limits, or other restrictions.

We may suspend or restrict accounts where we reasonably believe these rules are being abused.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use AI-2-Human only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the Service to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, contractual, or other rights;
• submit content you are not legally permitted to process;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• distribute malware, spam, fraudulent material, or harmful code;
• interfere with the security, availability, or proper operation of the Service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account;
• circumvent quotas, rate limits, bot protection, subscription restrictions, or other technical safeguards;
• scrape, reverse engineer, reproduce, or automate access to the Service in a manner not authorized by us or permitted by law;
• resell or sublicense the Service as your own without our written permission.

You are also responsible for complying with any academic, professional, workplace, platform, or institutional rules that apply to your use of AI-assisted writing.

AI-2-Human does not authorize you to misrepresent authorship where the applicable rules prohibit doing so.

5. Your Content

You retain the rights you already hold in text you submit to AI-2-Human.

We do not claim ownership of your submitted text or of the output generated for you.

You grant us only the limited rights necessary to:

• receive your text;
• process it;
• generate the requested result;
• display that result to you;
• store your input and output in your history where that feature is enabled.

This permission exists only as necessary to provide and operate the Service and is subject to our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit the content you provide.

We do not sell your submitted content.

We do not use your content to train our own AI models.

6. Our Intellectual Property

The AI-2-Human Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, interface, documentation, website content, and other materials created by us, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your use of the Service does not transfer ownership of those rights to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, or create competing services from protected parts of AI-2-Human except where expressly permitted by us or by applicable law.

7. Free and Paid Plans

AI-2-Human may offer both free and paid plans.

Each plan may include different limits relating to:

• words processed;
• words per request;
• AI detection usage;
• features;
• frequency of use;
• other technical or fair-use restrictions.

Current prices, allowances, and plan features are displayed on our Pricing page.

We may modify future pricing, limits, or plan features. Changes to an existing paid subscription will be communicated where required before they take effect.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the option you select.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal available from your account.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law, you will retain access to the paid plan until the end of the period already paid for.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. AI-2-Human does not store your complete payment-card information.

Applicable taxes may be added where legally required.

9. Refunds

Our voluntary refund policy is separate from any mandatory rights that may apply to you under consumer law.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise:

• refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the first paid subscription purchase;
• refunds do not normally apply to renewals, upgrades or later purchases;
• promotional or discounted purchases may be excluded from voluntary refunds;
• where a material portion of the purchased usage allowance has already been consumed, any voluntary refund may be reduced proportionally;
• requests must be submitted to support@ai-2-human.com.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

Where applicable consumer law provides a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right, that right remains available according to the conditions required by that law.

10. Fair Use and Technical Limits

Some plans may be described as offering very high or effectively unlimited usage.

Such plans remain subject to reasonable technical and fair-use limits necessary to:

• prevent abuse;
• maintain service reliability;
• protect infrastructure;
• prevent automated or excessive usage that materially affects other users.

We may temporarily restrict usage that significantly exceeds normal interactive use or threatens the stability of the Service.

Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to resolve unusual usage with you before permanently restricting a paid account.

11. AI Detection and Third-Party Outcomes

AI detection is probabilistic.

A detection result does not establish as a fact whether a particular person or AI system wrote a document.

Different detection systems may produce different results for the same text.

We do not guarantee that text processed through AI-2-Human will:

• receive a particular AI-detection score;
• be classified as human-written;
• be treated in a particular way by any third-party detection service;
• be accepted by any school, employer, publisher, platform, or other reviewer;
• receive a particular academic, professional, search, or platform outcome.

Third-party tools may change their algorithms at any time.

12. Third-Party Services

AI-2-Human relies on third-party providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, payment processing, database infrastructure, text processing, analytics, security, and error monitoring.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not necessarily mean that we endorse them.

13. Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual-property rights.

If you believe material available through AI-2-Human infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact support@ai-2-human.com.

Please include enough information for us to identify:

• the protected work;
• the allegedly infringing material;
• where the material appears;
• your contact information;
• the basis for your claim.

If a formal DMCA process becomes applicable to AI-2-Human, we may publish additional DMCA contact and notice information.

14. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback about AI-2-Human, you allow us to use that feedback to improve, develop, and operate the Service.

You retain ownership of any underlying content or intellectual property that you already own.

Providing feedback does not require us to implement it, compensate you for it, or treat the suggestion itself as confidential unless we separately agree otherwise.

15. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep AI-2-Human available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• maintenance;
• technical failures;
• third-party provider failures;
• infrastructure problems;
• security incidents;
• events outside our reasonable control.

We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue features.

If we discontinue a material paid feature during a prepaid subscription period, we will handle the remaining period reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee that:

• the Service will always be available;
• every output will be accurate or error-free;
• generated text will meet your particular requirements;
• detection results will be correct;
• third-party services will respond in a particular way;
• use of the Service will produce any particular academic, professional, commercial, or other result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI-2-Human will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Service.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, data, or business.

We are not responsible for academic, employment, platform, disciplinary, or other consequences resulting from how you choose to use AI-2-Human or its output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

• the amount you paid to AI-2-Human during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
• USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where applicable law prohibits such limitation.

18. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Where account deletion is available, you may request deletion through the available account tools or by contacting support@ai-2-human.com.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because:

• you materially violate these Terms;
• you misuse the Service;
• your activity creates a security or operational risk;
• payment obligations remain unresolved;
• we are legally required to do so.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue before termination.

The handling of personal information after account closure is described in our Privacy Policy.

19. Communications

Operational emails relating to your account, security, billing, authentication, or the Service may be sent where necessary to provide the Service.

Marketing emails are separate. Creating an account or using AI-2-Human does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

Where we offer newsletters or promotional emails, you may subscribe separately and unsubscribe at any time.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

The governing law and jurisdiction for these Terms will be determined based on the legal entity that operates AI-2-Human.

Any governing-law provision will remain subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.

Before beginning formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@ai-2-human.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, our business, or applicable law changes.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.

Where a change materially affects existing paid users or their rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

Continued use of the Service after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
